Because each piano purchase requires substantial administrative work, scheduling, delivery coordination, and preparation, all sales are intended to be final.
Seller will not consider any request for a return or refund made more than thirty (30) days after the date of purchase.
Seller is under no obligation to accept a return after delivery unless Seller expressly agrees in writing. If Seller agrees to accept a return, Buyer agrees that the following minimum charges shall apply:
Buyer understands that the actual coordination and contractor expenses may exceed $700.00 depending upon:
Buyer agrees these fees will come out of initial funds sent to Seller for all actual expenses incurred in connection with coordinating the return.
These fees are intended solely to reimburse Seller for labor, administrative time, scheduling, contractor expenses, delivery coordination, warranty tuning coordination, and other actual business costs associated with reversing the transaction. They are not intended as a penalty.
Any refund approved by Seller shall be calculated only after deducting all applicable fees and costs described in this Agreement.
Buyer agrees that any deposit collected under this Agreement shall be NON-REFUNDABLE.
The non-refundable deposit compensates Seller for, among other things:
If Buyer cancels this purchase for any reason after paying the deposit, Seller shall retain the deposit.
