Your purchase must be returned within 30 days of purchase, with all accessories, manuals, etc. The item must be in ‘factory new’ condition or if a used or restored instrument, the same condition it was in prior to leaving Pianos of New York LLC. Please allow 30 days for a full refund to be processed after item is returned. Incomplete returns, items that shows damage, wear, abuse or neglect, may be refused. There will be a 20% minimum restocking fee for any returned item. Pianos of New York LLC can facilitate the delivery of your returned item, however moving costs are not covered by the refund.
